New Highway Exit at Harhoura Center: Direct Access from Rabat from July 2026

The National Motorway Company of Morocco (ADM) has announced the commissioning of the new 'Harhoura Centre' exit ramp via El Fellah road, effective Friday, July 10, 2026. Located between the Témara and Aïn Atiq interchanges, this exit provides direct access from Rabat to central Harhoura. Spanning about 1 km, it offers an additional access point, relieving congestion at the Témara interchange during peak hours. The project improves traffic flow between Rabat, Témara, and Harhoura while enhancing safety through better traffic separation. It is part of an agreement to redesign the Rabat-Skhirat highway axis. For Moroccan expatriates returning home, this development eases travel to the Atlantic coast and residential areas of Harhoura—perfect for holidays or family visits.
