S2M, a leading digital solutions provider in Morocco, has announced a major governance overhaul. Mohamed Amarti-Riffi has been appointed Chairman of the Executive Board, succeeding Rachid Abou El Bal, who now joins the Supervisory Board as a member. The decision, approved during the extraordinary general meeting on June 4, 2026, aims to streamline the company’s leadership. Amina Figuigui has also been appointed as an independent member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. The Executive Board is strengthened by two new Vice Presidents: Ahmed Khalil as VP Revenue & Growth, overseeing growth, business development, and international expansion, and Marouane Louah as VP Technology, leading tech strategy and platform transformation. Existing members Omar Masnaoui and Mohammed Chami Khazraji have seen their roles expanded to VP Corporate (financial performance, risk management) and VP Product (product strategy and development), respectively. This restructuring reflects S2M’s commitment to accelerating its global footprint and enhancing governance. For Moroccan expats, this move signals how Moroccan firms are tightening their leadership structures to compete on the global stage, particularly in digital innovation and operational efficiency.
